In all likelihood, if your account is locked, it is because you have tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times.
- Click “SIGN IN” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the Member sign in page.
- Click on the “Forgot login ID/password?” next to the “SIGN IN” button and follow the directions to reset your account by providing your email address or SkyMiles number.
- Click the navigation symbol at the top left of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
- Locate and click on “SIGN IN.”
