I forgot my password.

  1. Click “SIGN IN/JOIN NOW” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the Member sign in page.
  2. Click on the “Forgot SkyMiles® password?” link and follow the directions to reset your password.
  1. Tap the navigation symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top corner of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
  2. Locate and tap “SIGN IN/JOIN NOW.”
  3. Tap the “Forgot SkyMiles® password?” link and follow the directions to reset your password.
