In all likelihood, if your account is locked, it is because you have tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times.
- Click “SIGN IN” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the member sign-in page.
- Click the “Forgot login ID/password?” link next to the “SIGN IN” button and follow the directions to reset your account by your email address or SkyMiles® number.
- Tap the navigation symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top corner of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
- Locate and tap “SIGN IN.”
- Tap the “Forgot login ID/password?” link next to the “SIGN IN” button and follow the directions to reset your account by providing your email address or SkyMiles® number.
