In all likelihood, if your account is locked, it is because you have tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times.
- Click “SIGN IN/JOIN NOW” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the member sign-in page.
- Click on the “Forgot SkyMiles® password?” link and follow the directions to reset your password.
- Tap the navigation symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top corner of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
- Locate and tap “SIGN IN/JOIN NOW.”
- Tap the “Forgot SkyMiles® password?” link and follow the directions to reset your password.
